At Pocket Pet, we want your order to arrive safely and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

📦 Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

🚚 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. You can use this information to follow your package's progress.

🌎 International Shipping

We may ship to selected international destinations. International orders can take longer to arrive due to customs processing and local carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply to international orders.

⏰ Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or unusually high order volumes.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
